tbh my skin was kinda good last year until i moved countries and 1 year later boom, pimples, acne, yeast growing on my forehead i went to a clinc and they did some shit to my face and it worked, for a bit, but still i need help and advice (its kinda weird since last year ive been eating alot of slop compared to this year)

start with a simple routine that contains a good topical retinoid such as Tretinoin or Tazarotene, throw in a topical anti androgen if its very cystic and hormonal, if that doesnt work hop on Isotretinoin, also visit your dermatologist/doctor ASAP, also Spf 50++ every morning daily
