What worked for me was:

Vitamin B Complex 100% Daily Value
L-Tyrosine
5-HTP
Magnesium Glycinate

Don’t consume any caffeine or any other stimulants - they cause excitotoxicity which in the long run leads to Alzheimer’s. Consider taking Memantine (prescription only but unscheduled, easy to buy online) if you have any issues with motivation and concentration.

Confirmation bias? You had to scroll down and screenshot this specific shilled bs? Caffeine causes glutamate to be released and I shouldn’t even explain more after this.

The coffee/caffeine industry generates billions of $$$, so of course you will see lots of shilled bs “research”.

In my experience it is. At this time I am not consuming any caffeine other than maybe a tiny amount from decaf tea that has no effect, but in the past I did consume caffeine after 2-3 month breaks and I was brain dead the days after and my sleep schedule was thrown off.
