Need help with Under eye wrinkles

What's up guys
That's my first thread here.
I have under eye dark circles with wrinkles too, despite being teenager. It's been like this for a long time now and i need to know what's the best things that I can do about them.
I tried a better sleeping schedule which didn't effect(positively) at all. Is there any softmaxxing for both of them or do I need surgery? I know that no softmaxxing will fix these things completely but I wanna know if there is any possible option other than surgery.
