Need help with weight

Just for a bit of background information I'm currently 18 years old and back in 2021 I was about 410 LBS and in early 2023 I managed to get it to (At my lowest) 195lbs and in early 2024 started getting off hand again and went from 195lbs to 330lbs

Is it possible to cut down a heavy amount of weight in a short time and if so how? I'm meeting up with a potential partner in a year (Shes like 9 states away) and we met online however I was using old photos and not the current me. Currently right now I've been on an intense cardio and meal plan and have cut to 295 (Was 334) in a month however I dont believe I'm making fast enough progress by time I meet this girl.

Just more info if it helps: I'm a 6,6 mesomorph, Type II muscle fiber genetics, a GDF8 [MIM 601788] gene, and thats pretty much it

just let me know any faster ways I can cut without killing myself fr

Aggressive cut G, focus on high protein food and carbs that will keep you full for longer. Idk how long your work day lasts let's say you have work till 3pm. Go to gym after work, do your cardio (get at least 10k steps daily) and then after the gym you can eat your first meal. Switch to 0 calorie drinks if water is boring, track everything (oil inclusive) or just do OMAD (one meal a day) protein goal should be your dream bw let's say you wanna weigh 160lbs you're gonna have to eat around 160g of protein (isn't too bad if you eat like 130-150 instead but just in that range yk?)
