can someone send a guide for thumb pulling , chewing and mewing
 
Thumb pulling: will cause asymmetrys and shift your teeth around

Chewing: excess chewing causes bloat and will perhaps cause tmjd. Your face gets rounder. Only is recommendable if you have good facial structure to begin with, good gonial angle and outwards gonions.

Mewing: Lips closed, teeth in a butterfly contact (meaning barellyyy and soft, don‘t clench), breath through nose with good neck posture, whole tongue should rest on your palate and push upwards not forwards - shouldn‘t touch any teeth - placed right behind your central incisors (teeth) but no contact at all.

You chew with your lips closed.

You swallow by pressing on the palate, only using the tongue no other muscles, not touching teeth.
