Should I get on hgh as a 14 year old boy at 5’9 I’ve been the same height for 2 years and want to be taller and leaner I currently weigh 205 pounds.should I get on Reta to loose weight?
I already exercise everyday almost but can’t loose weight.

Nah at 14 you’re already above avg plus just hitting puberty just eat in a deficit and do some cardio give it time and you’ll see results. Sleep is really important for height growth and muscle recovery/weight loss.

spam milk like 3-4 gallons a week whole milk im 6'2 at 17 and both parents are 5'7-5'9. don't pin straight exogenous hgh do cjc dac and ipa and pls know what you're doing first. ngl you probably can just wait til 16 and then if you're not at least 6'0 with good bonemass then pin. then literally just eat healthier and workout for fat loss.
