Current routine
Double cleanse (oil and water based)
Kojic acid 3x a week
Moisturiser

Non kojic acid days
niacinamide Am
Sal acid Pm

Alot more spots basically everything you dee there, idk whats wrong but they are always there

Would accutane help i need some recommendations thanks.

Bad part is my nose feels super dry all the time and my lips are chapped 24/7 but that's a good thing since it makes me apply my pink lip balm which is a tiny looksmax

ive taken it for a few monts.

i do accutane 30mg daily, dutasteride 2.5mg a day and spf 50 daily.

Its just a pill you pop with food
