Current k2 ive been taking for a while is 12 mg (12,000 mcg) good bidelt and wrist gains but nothing on height
anyone have sources?

You need 15mg for it to have an effect. This was the amount used in Japanese studies. Why the fuck are you gonna use 100k mcg

Guy I know got results post plate closure. But took several 100s of mg a a day
