i am so sick of looking like shit and looking so feminine

I am looking for advice for what surgeries i should get when i am 18
or softmaxxes I can do in the meanwhile

less pfh to have a higher pfl/pfh ratio
outward gonions
more even skin tone+ no acne/scars
less bf
and a wider chin
