Need low inhib sustainability

i used 400mg pregabalin and 50mg baclofen to pull girls and get popular at school and it worked tremendously good but now i’m stuck because this stack isn’t sustainable and can only be used 2-3x a week. I bought ssri hoping they take my anxiety off so i’m not fearful to talk to the high status people I became friends with while on the preg and bac stack but I’m afraid and confused if my fear is inhibition or anxiety so it’s pretty hard to determine. Like on the 2 drugs i’m a likeable social demon for the whole day but the next day im not and got a lil social anxiety . I also got adhd mainly inattentive should I get guanfacine to combine with the ssri or should i js straight maoi it 🫩. (The attractive girls i got friends with talk to me while im off pills and yeah i talk but im more awkward and not fluent.

(Just how to be sustainably less self conscious and don’t care what ppl think.)
