I’ve been eating a fuckton and while I’m not constipated and bathroom usage is pretty normal I still have a “backed up” sensation yk

my question is any mfs here know ways of flushing waste out of your system as much as you can, been eating too much processed food and im prolly seein the consequences a lil ngl

Drink water, massage your belly, do crunches, do deep abdominal breathing - these should help push the stool in your guts and help with defecation.

The problem is processed food, you cant just flush out your system unless you take some laxatives. There are things like caffeine that could help, but your body is equipped to handle the food unless youve got some bodybuilder 12 meals a day routine. But if you really want to shit it all out just get a laxative from the store, they sell them even at 7-11

Lots of fiber + water intake + inner heat from physical activity work for me
