I have already started my cut and it’s developing at a good rate, so there’s no need for debloat/lose weight comments.

I follow a 6 day split with cardio on particular days, and core work on others.

I drink a gallon of water daily and my current morning ritual is to:

Prep my face with warm water, rub in my cleanser and wash cold.

Drink shilajit, creatine, cinnamon, raw honey, apple cider vinegar, mixed into warm-hot water.

I eat two hard boiled eggs in the morning as a quick, nutrient dense, meal.

I also digest honey at night before bed.

I’ll list some pictures of me, keep me aware of other things I can do, along with a rating, pros, and cons— things I can do naturally at the moment. I can take any and all criticism.

you have good potential

You just need to get lean. That's it. It will completely change your appearance, and you have bones I can tell, but it's more hidden then it should be cause of your body fat. You don't even need to get shredded. Infact as a natty you shouldn't. Get to like 12% body fat, and you will have a way leaner face and you will see bones you never seen before. After a long bulk, it's bound to change you in ways you never have before especially if you started as a teenager.

So do the cut, then try to reevaluate cause you have the base, so if you're okay with losing some size (just wear fitted t shirts) then you can successful cut and be the best version of yourself looks wise. Cut another 20 lbs then reevaluate. After this heavy bulk it will surprise you what you look like physique wise and face wise

Should I track my calories? Or should I just watch what I eat directly and keep it in smaller portion sizes?

Both can do the trick. It helps to count calories , but you honestly don't need to until you get to a lower body fat. Maybe to get to 10% body fat for example you would need to count calories. But not all the time

If you just honestly eat less and eat healthy, know when your satisfied and not full, hydrate so you don't mistake thirst for hunger, and have just a bit of will power, with cardio and lifting you can get to a lean body fat no problem. Especially at your age. People count calories because it makes it easier to tweek your routine and eating, and when you plateau at a particular calorie level (let's say 2500), you know you will need to drop it to 2200 to keep losing weight.

Btw, at first, don't go all out. You build up to your main deficit. So for example, you eat a bit less and do cardio 1 time a week , then after two more weeks you add another day of cardio, and drop your eating a little bit more. You basically do it in increments. So yeah, you don't really need to count calories but again it makes it more efficient to have a metric to track.

I currently do 12incline 3mph 20-30m walks post workout on the treadmill about 3-4 times a week. I’m starting to take cold showers before my workout, warm after. And on certain days I do core

Well, keep it up and lower the food if you plateau. You might not at all. But definitely get lean, it's worth it
