How big of a problem is my bimaxilary protrusion?

If I get it fixed how much better will I look? Can it be fixed with braces?

Side question for anyone who cares to answer: im getting braces soon will that change anything other than my teeth?

i had bimaxillary protrusion fixed it improved my lower third so much and now my gonions look insane i had such a short chin before because of that shit i thoughti didnt have hollow cheeks before i got it fixed (bmi 14 at the time) but now it shows lol it saves lives please get it fix my results may not be your results.

No it's not worth getting extractions but in my case it was needed and the positives outweighed the negatives for me, if you need to get extractions try to extract the least amount
