Vyvanse fucking saved me in my last year of hs. if you actually can’t focus, go to a psych & you’ll get prescribed adhd meds pretty easily. i recommend vyvanse, lasts 10-12h, works really well for me. Just be careful with daily use over months because the anhedonia will hit eventually & it’s not a good feeling. Other than that, just go to a psych & get it prescribed. Learn to manage your appetite & sleep while you’re on it or you’ll deadass just stop growing. You have to force food because it’ll kill your appetite & you have to have a proper sleep routine or it’ll fuck with your sleep

I lost 10kg in 2 months because of vyvanse since I wasn’t forcing myself to eat & lowkey just letting it happen, that was prolly my peak in terms of looks before I decided to gain weight again but I also had like 5 different deficiencies to fix after. If you want to lose weight, it works. Taking vyvanse won’t change anything if you’re gonna use reta anyway. Go for it I guess

Side effects of vyvanse arent too bad. Tbh since you’ll have zero appetite on reta & vyvanse, you’ll have to deliberately choose when to eat and make yourself eat. btw use sauces on food bc it makes it 100x easier to eat on vyvanse. Other than that, just have a sleep routine so you don’t fuck up your sleep with vyvanse and you should be good.
