-Simping, thinking that you are her only option, etc
-"Broken goods" women / women with mental issues

For health/looks related:
-Avoid or at least reduce alchohol consumption
-Alway try to get enough sleep, it is basic looksmax
-Lean is always better than bloated escpecially for your face
