Hey guys, I’m 6’2 and currently at 210 lbs. I’m trying to lose 30 pounds over the next 3 months, and I could use some help.
Recently, I went to the doctor and he told me my cholesterol ceeping up and that lowk woke me up and i decided i need to do something about it. I want to get ahead of it before things get worse, but honestly, I’m not sure the best way to go about it. Is losing 30 pounds in 3 months even realistic? And if it is, how do I make it happen? I want to lose fat while keeping as much muscle as possible. Please free to share any tips diet workouts wtv
