Need skin help

I started accutane 20mg like 10 days ago, my skin has gotten worse, i notice the redness and shit but also the weird scab looking shit under my mouth, ive gotten this before, i think its perrioral dermatitits and azeleic acid has fixed it in the past, should i use azeleic acid while on accutane? will move the dose up to 40mg next month, also lmk any other skin tips to fix my shit skin asap

But I’ve done 3 in-completed courses of accutane in the past, so purging should really come the 4th time around, plus its not really acne that im talking about here, more the weird shit under my mouth which azeleic acid can fix, also makes my skin glow

No issues using AA on isotretinoin AFAIK.
You will purge regardless of previous isotretinoin use if you have acne again.

You are in the purging phase there is a drug that can call that but you have to get it on the gray market
