Need some advice(read the whole thing)

There’s this senior trip happening where you sleep in a cabin overnight and go white water rafting the next day. I never done that before. At first, it seemed scary, but I feel I could handle it. I don’t know, though. This whole trip is basically camping.
As most of you know, I have a lot of regrets. This one I’m not sure if I will regret it or not. The only thing that’s really stopping me is my shitting problems. So, should I go or not? You don’t actually have to go white water rafting on the trip.
