I dont do much exercise so my tdee is probably 2000-2200 i want to go for 1200-1400 kcal max for 2 months it should be enough to reach my goal , i need the most satiating food so im probably doing protein 2g per kg and idk what else to add for healthmax with remaining calories i need to avoid carbs and sugar as much as possible since they give me carbs cravings but some natural sources are still fine
