Need some help with surgerymaxxing

17 rn, want to do palate expander+ expansion of lower jaw surgically in Turkey( there are lower prices than in other countries and i heard that there are good surgeons). Probably will do it when I'm 18, how much do you think it will cost? Will I be able to do this just for cosmetic purposes?( I dont have health problems because of narrow jaws). It would be nice if it costed around 2-3 k( not much). Also want to do double jaw surgery, but firstly this expansion plan, and then look if i want to or not .
