Stuck on what to focus on now. Feel like I haven’t improved in a while what can I do.

You are recessed. Double jaw surgery is required.

It would really help

Neck training, get lean, gym. Not much more tbh. Skin looks good, hair looks good.

How’s your hairline ?

Okay cheers man. I’ll start the saving now hopefully get it in next few years what can I be doing now for improvement and can I have a rating now and potential after bimax

only problem is that NHS doesn’t care about aesthetics.

If you’re getting such a surgery, it’s best to go all out for both your looks and health

nah you have a say in the surgery planning
you just have to be knowledgeable and speak with the surgeon in a confident matter, let him exactly know what you want
at the end of the day, the surgeon most of the times also wants best for you

It will probably look better then now though but yes I’ll think about both options

Could a genioplasty not be enough to fraud a decent jaw?

you already have a strong chin bro, the problem is with your jaws
also your ramus is very short and the gonial angle is too low

Will ramus and finial angle be fixed with Bimax or is that more stuff

dye your hair and eyebrows brown
get some vitamin c serum for your under eye area
get slightly tan

yeah you could. Black is just a really hard colour and it will take time for you to get used to it.
That's why I would start with some dark brown

Cheers guys so only advice I need is slight tan, darker eyebrows, bimax and that’s everything ???
