Need some tips I’m 15 years old puberty

So I’m gonna go thru a whole bunch of things that I wanna mention I already posted a thread yesterday if u guys would like to see and give me a opinion for it like I mentioned I’m 15 about 180lbs barely any muscle pretty much fat and 5’8 currently asking asking questions about puberty so I’ve been fat pretty much my whole life always chubbier then the kids I think in like the 6th grade when covid hit that when I got extremely unhealthy before that I was still eating lots processed food fast food but it wasnt that bad till covid my parents split then too so means more fast food 8th grade I weighed 240 9th grade I weighed 200 10th grade I weighed 180 started going to the gym in the 9th grade for summer since its free but I didn’t eat before even going no protein pretty much staving myself I know that’s bad but looking for opinions is it too late for my puberty my goals are too get smarter get taller my dream height is 6’3 which is possible in my family my penis size is 4-5 inches my dream size is 6-7-8 and more girth and my dream body is obviously David laid but this summer I’ll get my own job to buy actually good goods for myself I don’t know when I hit puberty I got pubes at 10-11 and rest came at 13 then I started growing side burns in 9th grade and mustache and a bit of hair on my neck any ways I’m asking when did I hit puberty how can I get to my dream height 6’3 if it’s possible at my age and get 6-7-8 inches penis with more girth and maximize all my hormones dht testosterone igf-1 hgh stuff like that I don’t wanna take steroids should I cut ? Can I I make my puberty last longer and get the years that I missed or is it too late can I still grow to my max potential and my max body development at this age. I didn't read it fully but I just wanna give you advice as this forum is filled with ton of shitheads who fap all day and then puke through keyboards here well whatever i will throw some real advice, if You want sources of these advices you can pm me. You just need to lose fat and T max to get rid of those tits. For fatloss its just basic calorie deficient stuff and high protein diet. Just add sprints in you routine and intermittent fasting for first 4-6 hours of day everyday, these 2 things will boost your hgh and should be enough to increase your height (thts how I reached 6'2 I swear on god, just sprints and fasting). For Testerone there are few things. Make a testo-shake (4 egg yolks, protein powder, a fruit, and a sweetner like honey or maybe sugar for cheaper stuff) expose your back in sun (lie down shirtless upside down and cover your neck and face area with a towel) for at least 15-30 minutes daily. If you are able to keep up all of these then you can add spraying MgCl to your testicles and massaging them I would send you the recipe to prepare tht but would recommend doing rest of things first. Now the most most important ingredient, It will fucking ascend you through roof no coping I can bet on that but you will have to hear me closely imma swear it can turn a subhuman to a mtn.....u ready? its consistency (tada!) You will have to give all these at least 3-6 mnths to see noticable results but it would be worth it.

also keep in mind dietary cholestorol metabolizes into Testosterone which dht comes from also. animal sources are the best. the people fear monger cholestorol saying it causes cancer but it only does in fried foods, greasy burgers eggs etc. The best source available avoiding this are raw egg yolks they also contain all the micros u need.

Start a calorie deficit eating 85% clean 15% junk have a few raw yolks on their own every day, about four or three. If ur worried about salmonella its in the shell so its not in the yolks. Ive been doing this for about 6 months and have noticed frame improvement and higher fwhr. Good luck man good potential and good base
