My only real problem is my jaw, it’s short from the front and recessed from the side. It’s also very narrow. I want to be able to have the same profile as when I’m jutting and also widen my chin and jaw.

I think I need Trimax

The chin is just really short and narrow along with the rest of my jaw. I think Trimax would help lower facial third height but my main concern is width. I know implants are my only option but I’m afraid they might look weird.
