Need surgery recommendations/advice

I want to hardmax but I want to be sure I get the right surgeries. My side profile really holds me back. I was thinking my top surgeries would be canthopexy and blepharoplasty. I think infra implants would be great as well but very expensive. Considering a lip lift also. Any other recommendations?

Honestly, you look great. I don’t think you need surgery. You have got a solid look already. But if you feel like something would make you happier or boost your confidence then go for it. At the end of the day it's about how you feel about yourself.
