Title pretty much explains it - but I would like surgery recommendations. I'm currently in the process of planning trimax. I specifically would like to know how I can fix my subhuman eye area with upper blepharoplasty (I actually have pictures where my eye area looks worse). I would like thoughts on my current plan below:

My current plan:
1. Double Jaw Surgery, Sliding Genioplasty
2. Malar Implants
3. Infraorbital Implants
4. Upper Blepharoplasty
5. Otoplasty

Get rid of infra orbital implants, you don't need em. Infra orbital implants is amongst some of the most unnecessary surgeries since most people have recessed infras and infras are also one of the least important aspects of facial aesthetics (unless they are absolutely cooked). The both rate and danger of the surgery is also quite high. The overall ROI of this surgery is not worth it at all. I'd recommend you remove it from your list.

Whats a good candidate for it then? I have a pretty negative orbital vector but my eyes are far from subhuman

just do upper bleph and otoplasty

maybe malar implants for forward projection - not for lateral projection and genio if you wan't your chin to be slightly ahead of your lips for a stronger profile (Jon Erik Hexum, Jensen Ackles)

bimax and infras dont bother

the more the chin is infront, the more it starts to look like class3

most slayers like Hernan Drago, Jensen Ackles, Jon Erik Hexum and Henry Cavil have chins that extend past the lower lip - it is a very dimorphic trait to have but it isn't necessary, as long as the chin is within the range of 2-3mm before the lower lip and infront it's fine

100% if ur born with it, it will look fine, but experimenting with your face with bimax/genio instead of getting it ,,genetically'' aint that smart to me

Get a CT scan.

This is sort of want I was thinking. The malar implant should likely help with hollow under eyes anyways.

You really don't think bimax is worth it in this case? I think my jaw is also pretty asymmetrical which bimax could solve. But I'll be getting a more developed CT scan next month which should help.

My only worry is the upper bleph results seems to be very mixed

it's a bit hard to tell from the front profile you have shown bro

What do you think of my plan? Bimax worth it?
