hey so im 16 and 6,1. I have been going to the gym for 3 months now and i weight 70 kg. I have some body fat around my body (chest, stomach etc) and i need help of what i need to do. do i need to just maintain my weight and gain muscle by going to the gym or do i need to cut and eat alot of protein to get rid of that fat
