Yeah I got some advice from some guy just need to save up cuz I’m from Romania and the economy situation is ass, (also don’t wanna loose my hair)

He said somthing about 12 ius of hgh and after 250 test I think, first need to gymcel for 2 months and then I’ll hopefully have enough money for them

Nah fuck legs u have seen my frame my flags and waste are both ass if my legs get bigger my frame will look even worse imo maybe legs once a week

yeah if you ever need help just dm me, i’ve been in the gym for 4 years natty and have gained 35+ lbs of muscle mass

for beginners you should run a full body split, with attention to all muscle groups but more emphasis on compound lifts because your entire body is weak. do it monday, wednesday, friday. beginners can recover quicker than advanced lifters because they’re moving less weight, which means less fatigue.

you should be getting stronger every lift or on a week to week basis. since your so skinny i’d advise a lean bulk

I went like a month than quit last year I should do full body for 3 months then just do upper and shit

yep, get strong on the basic movements for a year and then you can go into specialization if need be

my biggest mistake starting out lifting was doing ppl and lifting 6x a week doing a bunch of wacky bullshit

Is 3x a week good enough and I will do neck every 2 days if you could dm me a training schedule or somthing that would help me a lot it’s what been keeping me from going

yeah that's great, 3x a week is good frequency.

the program/exercises doesnt matter that much all you need to do is progressive overload and intensity, ie failure or close to it.

there's dozens of beginner programs out there, i can find one for you i just need to know if you'd be able to handle it or not

Okay also when I went I used to have ass form does that improve with time

The exercises and shit and tell it to replace what I don’t like, also do machines mog or nah
no you need to find a real program, chatgpt sucks dick at making good programs trust me

yes machines mog but as a beginner you need to learn the movement patterns and stabilization factors first to reap the rewards, so dont do all machines. throw in barbells, dumbbells, free weight shit
