This place. It's consuming too much of my time and also it's been a long time since I've got 99% of the information I'll ever get from this place. But somehow it is addictive, and it makes sense, for a person with 0 social contact... This is the only place where I get to interact with other people.
Nevertheless, I need to leave and spend my time more productively. The question is how do I do it.

Tbh I'd just fall back on reading. Articles, science, technology, books. Idk. I try to travel/visit some new places as often as I can, so I'd do that a bit more often.

I might visit thailand eventually, but I don't really want to. Might be the only way I'll ever experience validation though.
The weather would kill me, can't imagine how people live there.
I've tried drastically changing stuff, like country, occupation, education, personality.
Didn't lead me much of anywhere, besides loneliness.

Nah. It's not something you can ever forget. I might have only spent here a few months, but really, I was around for years in these "circles". It's over. And in general, life, encounters, experience, etc. Would need to do a lot of drugs to erase the past, but it'd cripple me as a person as a result.

Disable push notifications if they're on, log out from all devices, get a good hobby/job that will occupy you in your free time. Reduce general internet use, travel. Having a social circle alone isn't enough this site is like cocaine for me.

This is my plan, from next week tbh.
