Need to Pay for Surgery Using a Credit Card — Any Services That Work?

I’m trying to find a payment processor that lets me pay for surgery (in Europe) using a credit card, even if the clinic only accepts ACH or wire transfer.

I've already tried:
- Wise: blocked the card / marked it as cash advance
- Plastiq: refused due to medical payment category
- Revolut: couldn't use my card to fund account

Any help would be massively appreciated.
