Need to start taping my mouth again!

Keep waking up groggy. Idk if I'm mouth breathing while asleep. When I taped my mouth idk if the difference was that noticeable

Anyway, it means I'll need to shave frequently. I hate shaving so I only do it once a week or less and have tiny facial hairs, but that stops the tape sticking properly

You could try those nose tapes that enlarge the cavity slightly or nasal water spray to help

In a picture from me sleeping years ago my mouth was closed

I tried those shitty free snore/sleep tracking apps and couldn't hear any snoring and I could sometimes hear violent nose exhalations, so nose breathing.

I think if I'm mouth breathing it's only for a short bit but idk

I used to be when I was younger

Now not anymore

I used to wake up with dry mouth, itchy throat and sometimes even drool.

Now I don't have any of those things.
