Need yall advices on self-improvement!

I’m 5’11”(180cm) and weigh 147 lbs(67-68kg). I used to be around 165-170. Lost weight with a carnivore diet, but the bloated face is still there, and it annoys the hell out of me. How do I get rid of it, and what other tips can you give?

U solve gyno by going to the gym. A horomonal imbalance is causing it, prob low t and high E, hit gym to up T prod.

Yea lens distortion your real philtrum to chin ratio is probably like 1.5 or maybe more
