Needles for lemon bottles

Im so lucky I've found a 1mL syringe at my mom's ?! (Unused ofc jfl) Is it enough to Inject myself about one or two lemon bottles or would I need multiples?? Can I even do my nose with the same one(yea it's a thing)
So do I need to use differents ones for differents areas, or over all need multiples, OR is one syringe enough?
