Negative cantal tilt with high-set eyebrows is a brutal combination

I have high-set eyebrows. Not that high, but still slightly high. Fortunately, I do not have a negative canthal tilt. If I had this combo I would likely avoid a mirror for the rest of my life. It just looks like there's a huge gap between your eyes and eyebrows, and makes your tilt look more subhuman than it already is. I mostly see this combination in Indians though, not so much for anyone else.

Somerhalder kinda has it but his brows furrow inside and are low set in the middle

His brows are not that high-set tbh, they're just very positively tilted.
