What surgeons do that? I've never seen a result online. Do you mean medial epicanthoplasty, like for asians with epicanthal folds? I'm talking about changing the tilt of the medial canthus, like this

No surgeons, at least that I've seen, perform this due to how niche of a problem it is and how difficult it is to work around the lacrimal ducts and puncta
