Negative eyebrow tilt caused by underdeveloped maxilla?

I have positive eye tilt but negative eyebrow tilt will better maxilla fix it

I think it's genetics/testosterone that determine eyebrow tilt

probably correlated with better development and thus better maxilla but since it's part of your orbitals lefort surgery will do nothing sadly
