Negative hooding

So i have hooded eyes but some days the outer part of the hooding droops down, especially when squinting and it gets worse at night and i hate it, gives off nct vibes eventhough im slightly positive. Right now im using adapalene on the outer part and it works most days. What are some ways to make them more positive or stay the same throughout the day?

Upper Blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin.

Then get supraorbital implants to increase the hooding of your eyes (since after the blepharoplasty they will become less hooded).
