I have neutral Canthal tilt and barely any uee, along with having decently low set brows. Overall however my negative hooding makes it look like my eyes are slipping down and makes the appearance of slightly negative Canthal tilt. My question is, is losing weight enough or is something more extreme probably needed?

losing weight might slightly reduce periorbital fat but it won’t meaningfully change bone structure or eyelid position if the root cause is skeletal or tendon-related. if the appearance issue comes from orbital rim recession, lax canthal tendons, or soft tissue descent, you’re likely looking at surgical interventions (lateral canthoplasty, brow lift, orbital rim implant, upper bleph) rather than just fat loss. weight loss alone won’t fix pseudo-negative tilt from structural deficits:feelshmm:
