negative hooding

i’ve had negative hooding only slightly for quite a lot of my youth and it’s generally more worse on one side, not to the extent to where i would have rh illusion of a negative canthal tilt, mine still looks neutral to slightly positive, please can someone advise me on how to fix..

been looking into lateral canthoplasty
if there are any other ways let me know
