Can sleeping on one side of your face make it appear that ur cathital tilt is negative/temporary amount of time.i’ve feel back into the habit of sleeping on my side and it seems like it.ow maybe i’ve js noticed it now idk.is there any way to softmaxx illusions,bonesmashing,etc…

Depends on the tilt, if it’s small, there are softmaxxes you can do, but if it’s large it’s over and to start coping
