Do you guys have a dirty room and for how long has it been dirty? Just wondering because executive dysfunction is one of the key markers for whether someone is neurotypical or not.

Completely clean it every friday, but I clean it a little bit everyday

I’m so neurodivergent I got visual snow from it. I used to be social and clean my room everyday but I got auto immune encephalitis where my immune system attacked a certain part of my brain called the basal ganglia which is a major networking and dopamine receptor area of the brain I think and my liver so i was assumed to have been doing drugs but I wasn’t except for weed here and there and now I struggle socially and even going outside and I don’t have sleep schedule because my brain has a hard time forming habits jfl but I think it’s just executive dysfunction. Not gonna rope tho because that’s what pussies do.

Did you try carnivore diet
Yeah I tried ketosis for a little bit, which includes basically just meat, fats and no carbs. It didn’t really help, although the thing about my issue is that it is inflammation based so I’ll have days where I’m a lot more normal and some of it is diet dependent because some foods act like antioxidants while others increase how much inflammation your body has, a lot of people have a small amount of brain inflammation which concludes to having some form of depression, it’s actually really common. Your diet can contribute so much more as to how you feel than people think. It is very important to eat healthy everyday because these things add up. You want your receptors up or else you aren’t really gonna get anywhere in life. Don’t take SSRIs they are dogshit 99% chance there is another reason why you are feeling this way, when you go to sleep and can’t sleep that is allegory to how I see depression. Your day is unproductive your mind makes you dwell on it and you can’t sleep, we are meant to always be moving and your body will make it known if you are in need of something and you aren’t getting it, it will give you depression

I have actual neurodivergence too, not like these poorly socialized self proclaimed autists.

They will not understand actual neurodivergence and how it separates us from neurotypicals.

I have sensory processing disorder (increased connectivity amygdala and bilateral cerebellum pretty standart but also heightened right insula, right anterior cingulate cortex and right superior temporal cortex). So pretty much hearing feelings and feeling sounds.
