Huge warning ahead

It is probably the 2nd most popular site to Tallmensshoes, but those bastards fucked me over and it’s a shit company!

Story:
-On cyber Monday- they had a discount and I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe so that I could see which one fit
-They sent an email that went to my spam in gmail asking if I meant to order two pairs, decided to only send me smaller one but not refund me
-They could have marked the email as important so it wouldn’t have gone in spam OR just left me a voicemail
-Today, confused where my shoes are after only the smaller of the two pairs came, I call the number which is a dead number at two different times. My voicemail isn’t returned
-Finally find the spam email and respond to it, have NOT heard back yet
-THEY DID NOT REFUND ME FOR THE SECOND PAIR IF SHOES EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER SENT THEM AND THIS WAS A WEEK AGO NOW. Awful awful service dead phone number assume my order was a mistake a don’t ship them only notifying by a spam email and then don’t auto refund me either. BULLSHIT

Why tallmensshoes mogs Chamaripa to the sewers of Mumbai and back:
-Literally HALF the price or LESS
-Better service
-Better return policy
-Better packaging
-Same quality shoes
-Comes with a free shoe horn, sturdy box, booklet of other shoe options, free insole pads
-reputable and will not do shit like this to you
(I ordered some awesome dress shoes pairs from them for cheap so I’m not just guessing on this stuff btw)


Lesson learned: ONLY ORDER from Tallmensshoes/Calto. NEVER order from this shit company! I’ll comment if I’m able to get this reconciled

Paid with card which sucks but PayPal playing with the $2500 confiscation policy turned me off from using it again
