You really can't afford to be sick/non-functional as a man. I should've never gotten botox injections for my fucking eyebrows. If only I had pushed through the temporary discomfort of having a shitty eye area and slaved away for a year or two to save for surgery or an eyebrow transplant, I would still be fine today, in addition to having a permanent solution for my eyebrow issue. Instead, I'm left with long term health problems that make even the most basic daily tasks incredibly difficult, a huge drop in quality of life AND shitty eyebrows, on top of losing scalp hair, collagen and muscle mass everywhere. I was trying to looksmax but ended up looksminning and healthminning myself.

That's what happens if you decide to take the easy route. There are no shortcuts.

You let this site get to you, i'm sorry man. i did aswell a few months back, losing weight while already skinny fat, i lost so much muscle mass, eating less than 1000 cals a day feeling like constant shit and ending up looking worse.
