"Chinese food makes me sick" anyone remember that song? The guy died ironically, so maybe he should have eaten properly.

As the other guy said can't go wrong with reputable chains, if you do suspect your local Golden Dragon or whatever, my advice is go for plain rice (the eggs could be off in the fried variety) and go for safe popular dishes E.g. Black bean sauce beef.

Ironically redpillers etc., the tofu dish (soy bean curd or whatever) is very tasty and a safe bet.
