Just do low to high cable flies brah benching is much superior to any chest exercise. The thrill of possibly being crushed by it is just a perk of itself

Never used flat bench in 4years
Me neither, in 2 years. It's an objectively worse chest exercise than something like incline or flyes.

Chads go to the gym just to flat bench only

benching should never be in ur workout routine, incline press and a peck deck n ur set gang.

Decline is redundant but nothing wrong with flat bench tbh. Exercise selection is redundant and the main variables are intensity imo, exercise selection is too overemphasized

I do both, but with dumbbells.
Barbell bench press doesn't feel right at all for me, whether flat or incline.
Standing overhead barbell press is a more natural movement for example.
