All you need in a sunscreen is spf 50 + UVA and UVC blocker and thats it (tinted if waned)

getting any sort of tan from the sun with or without sunscreen means skin damage to some degree. you shouldnt avoid the sun entirely but always wear sunscreen and if you want a tan use melanotan.
