Had a rhino like 3 years ago. I asked to have my bridge shaved from a slight hump roman nose to straight nose bridge as well as some tip work (nose tip was sharp and pointy due to extra cartilage).
My surgeon during consultation basically convinced me not to shave the bump on the bridge bc it could make me look more feminine (jfl bluepilled masc coper surgeon). Your masculinity comes from your jaw, cheekbones, and physique not ur retarded nose
Flash forward to now the tip was fixed but the nose bump is even more noticeable.
You seriously can’t find me any nose that looks better with a bump than just a straight nose bride.
Now I’m gonna have to get a second rhino to shave it when I could’ve gotten it done years ago and go through all of the swelling bs etc plus pay for anesthesia and shit.
Cons of being overly cautious with surgery: you’ll realize you did too little to move the needle and end up having to pay for surgery again.
Also recovering from surgeries is no joke you’re swollen for months on end during what are likely your prime years of your life (im mid 20s). Time that you’ll never get back.
