lotta people dont even notice surgeries actually, ive seen a few journals and users here who got bimax/trimax and not a single person questioned, not even parents etc, only questions like losing weight etc

yes, because people are not conscious about looks, to you right now its obvious but when u were a normie, seeing a person you knew get a trimax wasn't too obvious because seeing someone you know in real life getting surgery (even if u knew what surgery was) is unlikely (this is quite limited, someone who gets a obo/tripod/ trimax + implant packages etc are unavoidably going to get questioned)

i think another thing it could be is, those bimax/trimax patients were really ugly before and that alone made people less conscious of that persons face, now that they actually look at it, they see improvement but not suspicious enough to ask questions
