Never open up to your wife/gf. Women are the kind and nurturing gender so they say. But they leave out a HUGE piece. Women are only nurturing to kids or men who they are an influence/older figure to. If you make the mistake of letting your girl see you weak, you will see just how put off they will be by it. They won’t want to talk to you or nurture you through it. Hiding your feelings is a massive cheat code.



edit: even though a girl will say “you can open up to me” that’s just because saying anything else sounds rude. Don’t trust it. Suffer in silence men. It’s our job.
