My fucking dayvigo came in last week and pretty much every night i've taken it before bed i got MOGGER sleep despite it being ~6 hours. on fucking God, Allah, Brahma, Buddha, Science this a miracle drug from agartha. I have a few notes which i wrote about it but i cbf pasting it in here. But in my anecdotal experience, it just sedates u extremely well and makes ur sleep quality insane
But last night i decided to not take any lembo before bed. i think i was just too tired from the day and was too lazy to even take the pill. but yknow what happened? I GOT FUCKED IN THE MORNING.
1. it took hours for me fall asleep (usually ~45 minutes with lembo)
2. i ended up still getting roughly the same amount of hours of sleep
3. ^^^ BUT... my sleep quality ended up being horrendous. i woke up groggy asf liek 20 minutes b4 school and ended up being a whole period late so now im typing this bullshit out rn
NEVER SLEEP NATTY AGAIN; ORDER LEMBOREXANT AND TAKE IT EVERY NIGHT UNTIL U DIE
