I think you should never take anabolic steroids if your goal is to become more attractive.
I’m going to share my experience with testosterone enanthate — 10 weeks, 500 mg.
Before starting, I want to clarify that I didn’t experience much testosterone-to-estrogen conversion — no gyno, nothing. I got lucky with that (confirmed through blood tests during the cycle). This is just my personal experience; everyone reacts differently.
My main goal was this: to increase my “subhuman” bone density.
Let’s start with the positive effects:
Very quickly, water retention hit my muscles — I gained several kilos in just two weeks and looked more “filled out.” My shyness completely disappeared. I’m naturally anxious, but somehow I was in this mindset like, “I don’t give a f**, just do what you want.”*
I talked to everyone — men, women — no problem at all. No more stuttering, I felt confident.
Now for the negative effects:
Water retention in my face — I went from having hollow cheeks to hamster cheeks by the end of the cycle.
Crazy hunger — it was almost uncontrollable. I could eat tons of food. I even had to stop cardio because after like 30 minutes, I’d clean out my fridge without a second thought. Before, I could easily control myself.
Extreme libido — that was the worst part. It felt like doing a 7-day nofap, but every single day. I was literally DM’ing random sub-5s on Instagram because I was that desperate.
In the end, I felt like I’d become low IQ, because all I could think about was sex and feeling superior to other guys.
This stuff hit me like a shotgun blast and completely messed up my body — all for a few kilos of muscle, most of which disappeared anyway despite a very controlled PCT (which is normal — you’ll never keep your gains after a cycle where you have 10x the testosterone of an average man, no matter what some low-IQ people say).
Not to mention the crappy side effects from the PCT meds, and how badly you want to go back on cycle when you’re off. Honestly, I advise you not to try it.
In the end, the bone density I gained during my cycle also faded. I might’ve kept a tiny bit, but nothing impressive — my face before and after looked the same.
Peptides and growth hormones are better; I’ve never had those kinds of terrible side effects with them, at least so far. They act more gradually.
Of course, it’s technically possible to counter most of the negative effects of testosterone by combining it with other dangerous stuff like T3 — but it’s not worth it. Don’t fall for the trap of low-IQ, sterile bodybuilder steroid cycles.
